Returns Policy

At SDCandlesanddeco we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14 day returns period. This means that you have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please also make sure to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to initiate a return

Contact us at souleydutchess@outlook.com to request a return. We will then send you a return label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage or issues upon receipt

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
• Opened scented candles or products with damaged packaging.
• Personalized items (such as custom candles or gift sets).

Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. If in doubt, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14 days right of withdrawal

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The conditions for returns remain the same as stated above: the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If it is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
